User input is solicited in regard to priorities for enhancement to the software. This, along with information gathered from our markets, is used to set our product roadmap and development planning. Presentations by third-party vendors whose products integrate with, or compliment Keystone’s are also scheduled to provide our users with access to applicable new, related technology and products. Opportunities to network and socialize with Keystone’s staff and with colleagues from other organizations are built into the agenda, including Saturday excursions to areas of local interest for those wishing to extend their stay and participate. Keystone also has a legacy of supporting customer-led regional user groups, supporting their meetings throughout the country by providing staff and management participation. A Missouri school districts group has been active with an annual conference since the mid 1990’s. Frequently we hear of our customers, especially in a given state/market, consulting and sharing with each other without Keystone involvement, which we believe is an indicator of a strong user group community.
