Keystone believes it is important for us to be active in professional associations and organizations which are important to the work of our clients. Not only are these a source of business leads, but they provide opportunities for meaningful dialogue about issues relevant to our working relationship with our clients.
Below is a listing of association meetings and trade show exhibits in which Keystone has participated, or will participate, in the current calendar year. We are also interested in knowing about other appropriate associations and conferences. Please contact us with information about your association.

User Group Meetings
Keystone supports the active interaction of our system users throughout the year. Users of Keystone systems are also afforded a great deal of opportunity for helpful in-person interaction with colleagues and fellow system users, as well as Keystone staff and management, through our full sponsorship of user group conferences and training workshops across the calendar year. We actively support about four conference opportunities each year in various geographic locations.
Our annual conference, Keystone’s National Association of Software Users (NASU), is hosted and sponsored by Keystone each October, and is moved among the states in which Keystone has customers. Comprehensive sessions are organized for all product sets across a three day agenda. Sessions include on-going user training, software product enhancement discussions, user-led “how to” discussions, and new product presentations led by Keystone. Opportunities are also provided to network with Keystone personnel and staff, as well as colleagues and business associates from other organizations. Our Missouri conference, Keystone’s Missouri Association of Software Users (MoNASU), is a user-organized meeting under the direction of an advisory board of representative customer sites, that convenes for a day and a half each April near the Lake of Ozarks in Central Missouri (This conference is held just prior to an annual conference of the Missouri Association of School Business Officials (MoASBO), in the same location, for the convenience of many attendees of both events). Keystone supports a user-requested agenda with a significant staff presence in response to an always regionally-popular and well-attended event. The LG IDEAS user group association is a regional chapter of the Keystone user community which has its roots in the products and users of the former Infocel, Inc. in Raleigh, NC (assets acquired by Keystone in 1998). The group’s present make up is all of Keystone’s North Carolina and Virginia customers, with the content of the meetings aimed at the particular uses of our applications by those markets, and a particular focus on PAAS (North Carolina and Virginia-specific property tax applications). Keystone also routinely hosts annual one day user group meetings – one in Rhode Island for our customers there, and one near our headquarters’ office for our New Jersey and Pennsylvania customers unable to travel to the annual national conference, if held in a more distant location that year.
